REVCity was founded by Dustin Hacker, the same builder behind Nostalgia Hot Rods. Dustin spent decades restoring and campaigning collector cars in the Las Vegas Valley, and he watched the same thing happen over and over: a client would drop $150,000 on a frame-off restoration, park it in a residential garage that hit 120°F by August, and come back the next spring to cracked dash pads, a dead battery, flat-spotted tires, and gaskets weeping oil.
