Residential tower parking is a concrete deck with a roof. Thermally it tracks the outdoors, which in this valley means 115°F peaks and a closed cabin sitting at 160–190°F. It offers no humidity control in a climate that runs at 10 to 15 percent relative humidity, no way to take load off a tyre, and no power at the space for a battery maintainer.
